How to qualify for the Halloweentime Reward Offer:
You can qualify for one of two offers: Reward Offer 1 or Reward Offer 2 (“Offer”) when you make a purchase of $50 or more, excluding gift cards, tobacco, alcohol and fluid dairy, at participating Southern California Cardenas Markets stores, listed below in Participating Store section, (“Participating Store”) beginning October 8, 2025, at 5:59 a.m. Pacific Time (‘PT’) and ending October 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT (“Offer Period”). Online purchases and purchases made through e-commerce websites or apps are excluded.
Reward Offer 1: Receive one (1) free general admission voucher to the Queen Mary Dark Harbor (up to a $59.99 value). A limit of 200 tickets is available. Your reward offer selection must be made at the time of electronic registration.
Reward Offer 2: Receive two (2) free general admission vouchers to the Magic of the Jack O’Lanterns (up to a $61.98 value) at the South Coast Botanic Garden. A limit of 150 two (2) pack tickets are available. Your reward offer selection must be made at the time of electronic registration.
Offer is valid only for purchases made by participants during the Offer Period who register and upload a valid receipt. To qualify for the Offer, you must register for the Offer online no later than October 21, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT, at www.FreeTicketReward.com by clicking on the “Registration” tab, filling in the online form and uploading a copy of your qualifying receipt. A clear readable digital copy of your qualifying receipt (full receipt from top to bottom) must be included with your electronic registration. The Reward Offer will be sent electronically via email used during registration. Once your submission has been validated, receive your General Admission Dark Harbor voucher or Magic of the Jack O’Lanterns two vouchers via email by October 23, 2025, with redemption instructions. How to Redeem your General Admission Ticket(s):
Your Reward admission ticket is an electronic voucher that must be redeemed on that event’s website (www.DarkHarborHalloween.com or www.MagicOfTheJackOLanterns.com/la). The voucher is valid during open operating dates through November 2, 2025. Black-Out Dates apply. Dark Harbor Blackout and Magic of the Jack O’Lanterns Black-Out dates: October 11, 18. 25, 31 & November 1, 2025. For instructions on redeeming your voucher, please go to www.darkharborhalloween.com/redeem or www.magicofthejackolanterns.com/la/redeem.. Once you redeem your voucher online, you will receive a confirmation email that you can scan from your phone for entrance to the event. If your voucher is lost, it cannot be replaced. No reproductions will be accepted. The Reward Offers have cash value and no change options will be provided. The Reward Offers are not valid with any other offer, not for re-sale, void if sold or exchanged. Offer cannot be transferred or combined with any other offer. Reward Ticket is not valid on park buyouts or special events.
Eligibility and General:
The Cardenas Halloweentime Reward Offer is valid in California only to legal residents 18 years of age or older. Completed online registration and readable digital copy of original qualifying register receipt must be included to constitute a valid submission. Cardenas Markets LLC (Sponsor), 13th Floor Entertainment (Reward Provider) are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of Offer materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and Reward Providers are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in a participant’s e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. Sponsor and Reward Provider reserve the right to restrict registrations from any IP address and/or email address if suspicious activity is detected. Sponsor and Reward Providers disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Offer, and reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Offer should any virus, bug, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention or other cause beyond Sponsor or Reward Provider’s control, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Offer. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this Offer or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if Sponsor or Reward Providers determine that he/she has tampered with the Offer process, attempted to circumvent the terms of these Official Rules or his/her fraud or misconduct has affected the integrity or fair conduct of this Offer. Sponsor and Reward Providers reserve the right to correct clerical or typographical errors in promotional materials. By participating in this Offer, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these terms and conditions, agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, Reward Providers, Participating Store and Participating Vendors and warrants that he/she is eligible to participate in this Offer. Each participant also agrees to release Sponsor, Reward Providers, and their respective directors, trustees, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation their advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with participation in this Offer. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS OFFER IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Waiver of Liability/Publicity Release:
By participating in the Cardenas Halloweentime Reward Offer, each participant accepts the conditions stated in these Offer terms and conditions, certifies that the participant is eligible to participate in this Offer according to these Offer terms and conditions, and agrees to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and Reward Providers. Participants agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless, Cardenas Markets LLC, Stellar Jones Inc., dba Stellar Marketing Solutions, Remington Sales and Marketing LLC dba: The Remington Group, 13th Floor Entertainment and each of their respective divisions and/or subsidiaries, their wholesalers, retailers or distributors or advertising and promotion agencies; and each of their respective officers, directors, trustees, employees, staff, agents or representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, demands, damages, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever, which as a participant an individual may now or hereafter be entitled to assert, including but not limited to, any death, injury, loss of enjoyment, damage to computer equipment, or other harm or loss of any nature whatsoever caused or contributed to by participation in the Offer or redemption thereof, and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy.
By participating in the Cardenas Halloweentime Reward Offer, each participant grants to the Sponsor and Reward Provider absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to reproduce the participant’s likeness, identity, photographic and/or videographic image, and appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, digital images, and the like (collectively, “Images”), taken or made on behalf of Sponsor or Reward Provider of such Images and may use the Images for any purpose consistent with their mission. These uses may include, but are not limited to, videos, publications, advertisements, news releases, webpages, web-based publications, and any promotional, publicity or educational materials in any medium. Participants acknowledge that Sponsor or Reward Provider may rely on this authorization and release in producing, broadcasting and distributing materials containing participant’s name and/or Image, and that participant will not receive any money or remuneration of any kind from Sponsor or Reward Provider any other entity related to this authorization and release of the Images or by participation in the Offer and redemption thereof.
